Policy

Initiation of a return must occur within 30 days after the package is confirmed as delivered.
All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.
Please make sure not to include any items that are not from SunnyFashion in the return package as we will not be able to return them.

Return shipping cost
Return postage costs depend on the logistics provider you choose.
SunnyFashion generally does not cover return shipping costs, but will only cover them if the return is caused by our responsibility.
At present, we have no restrictions on the choice of logistics provider, you can choose the logistics provider according to your own needs, and refer to the cost of the logistics provider.
Please Note:

Currently, we do not support exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you first return it for a refund and place a new order. This method will allow you to exchange the item.
2. If you have any questions about our return process, you can contact our customer service at any time.
3. SunnyFashion offers a 30-day Return Policy in which you can return or refund your purchase. We are unable to process return/exchange/refund requests after 30 days.
4. Promotional Item Refund Policy
Please note that if your order contains items purchased with promotional offers, then free promotional items are not eligible for a refund upon return. According to our standard return and exchange policy, only the payment amount for the purchased goods will be refunded to you. If you have any questions about promotional items or encounter any order issues, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. After completing your return, please make sure to upload the return tracking number.
Without a tracking number, the SunnyFashion team may be unable to monitor your return, which could result in delays in processing your refund.
To ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please remember to upload the tracking number after shipping your return.
