Do you have retail store locations?
No. Sunny Fashion is an online-only brand. We design and make our dresses in our own factory and ship worldwide from our own warehouse. The company is registered in Hong Kong (WU GUIWEN CO., LIMITED).
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. Boutiques and resellers can order at factory wholesale prices. Email support@sunnyfashion.com with your store name and the styles you are interested in, or apply for a wholesale account at sunnyfashion.store/wholesale.
Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
We do not run public discount codes at the moment; the price shown is the final price. Occasional promotions are announced by email to subscribers.
How can I contact customer service?
Email support@sunnyfashion.com. We reply within 24 hours, seven days a week. Please include your order number if your question is about an order.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free. At checkout, customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Norway and Israel can choose Expedited Shipping (US$24.90 to US$34.90) for faster courier delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 49 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Israel, the Gulf states and Russia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on every order, to every country we serve, with no minimum. Standard delivery normally takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, and every parcel is tracked.
Where can I find the size guide? / ¿Dónde está la guía de tallas?
Our sizes are US kids' sizes 2 to 14. Pick by height first: see the size chart at /pages/size-chart. Every product page also lists the actual measured chest, waist and length for that dress, in centimetres and inches. If she is between sizes, size up. / Nuestras tallas son tallas infantiles de EE. UU. (2 a 14). Elige primero por estatura: consulta la tabla en /pages/size-chart. Cada página de producto incluye pecho, cintura y largo reales de ese vestido en cm y pulgadas. Are refunds available? How do I return an item?
Yes. You can return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email support@sunnyfashion.com with your order number to start a return. The customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover it if the item arrived wrong or damaged. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Free standard shipping takes about 7 to 15 business days after dispatch; expedited shipping is faster where available. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Shopify's secure checkout, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Prices are in US dollars.
